In March 2023, the Start-up Night will take place, and for the first time, this event will be fully on campus! During this event, we want to let students get inspired by those that founded a start-up, perhaps even during their studies. The event will be very informal, but as this is a fairly new event, a lot of fun things can still be added and there is plenty of room for creativity.
Your tasks may include contacting companies, operational tasks such as thinking of catering and contacting a photographer, promoting the event with cool stunts, thinking of decorations, or making a planning!

As a member of a DSD team, you can enjoy several benefits. Firstly, you are regarded as an active member of Pattern, even if you are not doing a Pattern committee. Secondly, we offer trainings during the year which help you get the most out of our events, but also out of yourself.

In May 2023, the Talent Fair will take place. During this event, we offer students that are looking for internships, (student) jobs, or graduation projects the chance to connect with companies with these vacancies open.

Note: it will be possible to join the DEX Team after the Talent Fair has taken place in May. Currently, the applications for the DEX Team are not open yet.
In October 2022, the sixth edition of the Experience Day (DEX) will take place. During this day, students and young professionals within Data Science are offered the opportunity to get a view of what is possible within the broad field.
